Check-in & Check-out
At the day of arrival, the apartments will be ready from 2 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the apartments by 10 am.

Cancellations
Reservations which will be cancelled up to 14 days before planned arrival, are free of charge. For short-term cancellations we will charge the total amount. This also applies to no-shows and early departures.

Method of payment
Reservations will be confirmed as soon as we have received a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The residual sum has to be paid in cash at the moment of the handing over of the keys.
Arrival

Take the Brenner Highway A22 and exit at Bozen South. Continue on the MEBO motorway, paying attention to the brown sign indicating the wine road - „Weinstraße“. Exit at Eppan and continue, along the wine road, towards Kaltern.
Once you’ve reached Kaltern, at the roundabout, take the second exit and turn right after about 400m. After 100 m, you will come upon a red traffic light, which, as our guest, you can just disregard. Pass it and enter the pedestrian area: after about 50 m, on the left side of the fountain, you will see our house.
